DaisyLets DaısyLets est. Manchester 2017

For landlords. And the tenants they want.

Listing your property should not cost a month's rent.

On DaisyLets, it costs nothing. No setup fee. No commission. No monthly charge. And — because we know you've read the small print before — this is not a teaser rate, not a free trial, not a plan that flips after six weeks. The price of a landlord listing is, and stays, £0.

Plain English, not sales copy

What "free listing" actually means.

Free on DaisyLets is not a stripped-back starter plan. It is the full service. Every landlord who lists with us gets the same suite of tenant vetting that a high-street agent would normally invoice for separately: Right-to-Rent checks, anti-money-laundering identity verification, credit checks, employer and landlord referencing, and a soft affordability assessment against the advertised rent.

Those checks do not appear as line items at checkout because there is no checkout. They are included, alongside listing your property to our network of 612,000 vetted tenants, eligibility for the Two-Month Rent Guarantee, and access to the Deposit Passport that protects your incoming tenant against unfair deductions at the end of the tenancy. None of this is gated behind a "Professional" tier or unlocked at the £49/month mark. It is the actual price: £0, for the full platform.

The only thing we charge for, ever, is the optional add-on services a landlord can choose after a tenant has been placed — things like a full managed inventory (£89) or a rent-collection service (£12/month). You can list today, find a tenant in an average of 11 days, and never hand us a penny.

£££ in your pocket

What landlords typically pocket in year one

Switching from a high-street letting agent to a free DaisyLets listing usually leaves a working landlord with a four-figure saving — and a tenancy in place a fortnight sooner. The numbers below are drawn from UK landlords who listed on DaisyLets in 2024.

  1. £2,640 Average first-year saving per landlord, against a 10% high-street letting fee.
  2. 11 days Average time from listing to a vetted tenant match — 62% faster than the UK high-street average of 29 days.
  3. 4.3 days Average void period on DaisyLets listings, against a UK average of 23 days.
  4. 21,400 UK landlords who listed their property free on DaisyLets in 2024.

Chapter four · What's in the £0 listing

Everything a working landlord needs, bundled in for nothing

There is no hidden tier, no upgrade nudge, no "from" pricing. The free landlord listing covers the four services you'd otherwise pay a referencing company, a compliance specialist, and a letting agent to provide — plus the eligibility paperwork for our Two-Month Rent Guarantee.

  1. i.

Full tenant referencing — credit, identity, affordability

Every applicant is credit-checked, ID-verified and affordability-assessed through our in-house referencing team. You see the report, not a summary.

  2. ii.

    Right-to-Rent and AML checks

Statutory checks your letting agent would normally pass-charge you for. Done digitally, logged in your landlord dashboard, and signed by an ARLA-qualified reviewer.

  3. iii.

DaisyLets Deposit Passport at zero cost

Tenants register a free Deposit Passport covering up to £2,400, with disputed deductions resolved in five working days. Better-funded move-ins, fewer failed tenancies.

  4. iv.

    Two-Month Rent Guarantee eligibility

Place a tenant through DaisyLets and, if that tenancy ends in default or early surrender inside the first 12 months, we credit two months' rent to your next tenancy. No paperwork from you.

A small footnote, in plain English: the only optional extras are photography upgrades and a paid rent-collection service for landlords who want us to chase late payments on their behalf. Neither is required to list.

A short aside

Why a platform built for tenants lets your property faster

It can feel counter-intuitive: a lettings platform that takes tenants seriously, with a Deposit Passport and real listings from real agents, somehow outperforms the old branch-window model. The mechanism is straightforward. Tenants on DaisyLets arrive funded, referenced and pre-vetted — they don't browse, they apply. Listings convert on offer in a fraction of the time, and void periods collapse from weeks to days.

That's also why the Two-Month Rent Guarantee is sustainable. We're matching a better-prepared tenant pool — 612,000 vetted tenants across England, Wales and Scotland, with a Tenant NPS of +71 in 2024 — so the guarantee rarely has to be called upon. When it is, we honour it. The maths works because the relationship works.
