Most lettings platforms treat tenants like traffic — a thing to acquire, then lose. We started DaisyLets the other way around. If a tenant feels looked after, a landlord's letting goes well. So we built the platform around the bit that usually goes wrong: the deposit, the agent, the listing you've driven across town to find doesn't actually exist.

Deposit Passport
Deposit Passport is built into every DaisyLets tenancy at zero cost to the tenant. It protects you from unfair end-of-tenancy deductions and gets disputes resolved in five working days — not five weeks.
The headline
If a landlord or agent tries to make an unfair deduction from your deposit at the end of the tenancy, Deposit Passport covers up to £2,400 while the dispute is settled. You don't pay a penny for the cover, and you don't pay anything back if the claim succeeds.
How claims work
Raise a claim through your DaisyLets account. A real human caseworker — not a chatbot — reviews the evidence from both sides and reaches a decision inside five working days. Most Deposit Passport claims in 2024 closed in three.
What it isn't
Your deposit is still protected in a government-approved scheme (TDS, DPS or MyDeposits). Deposit Passport sits underneath, so a disputed deduction doesn't leave you out of pocket while you wait for adjudication.

Chapter 01
Browse real listings across England, Wales and Scotland. Filter by city, price, pets allowed, furnished or unfurnished. Every property has been visited by our team and the photos match what's there.
Chapter 02
Once you've shortlisted, set up your free tenant profile. Right-to-Rent, credit and reference checks are handled in-app — there's no chasing paperwork by email. Most tenants complete verification in under an hour.
Chapter 03
Book a viewing with the actual agent who manages the property. They'll meet you at the door, walk you through the place properly, and answer questions about the building, the neighbours and the contract.
Chapter 04
Sign the tenancy digitally, pay your deposit into a protected scheme, and collect the keys. Deposit Passport is activated automatically — you don't have to apply for it. If anything goes wrong at the end, you're already covered.
